INITIAL INTRODUCTION TO LIFE AND EDUCATION :
Marilyn Monroe was born on June 1 1926, in Los Angeles, California. She was named Norma Jeane Mortenson at birth and was later baptized as Norma Jeane Baker).
Her Mother Gladys Pearl Baker was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia so marilyn had to spent much of her time in foster care and in an orphanage. She also had a half-sister named Berniece Baker Miracle. Later the Goddards were paid $25 weekly by Monroe's mother to raise her. Marilyn endured several sexual assault at the age of 11 by the foster parents, she mentioned. Behind time she also dropped out of high school by age 15. At the age of 16 she married her neighbour boyfriend and merchant marine Jimmy Dougherty in 1942 and became a housewife.
Marilyn first appeared in Blue Book agency when an army photographer took a picture of her while covering a story of girls working on house front. Subsequently her first marriage with James Dougherty collapsed in 1946 and then Monroe enrolled in the University of California in 1951 and studied art and literature.
MODELLING, MOVIES AND CAREER :
She started working and by the time Dougherty returned in 1946, Monroe had a successful career as a model. The same year she signed her first movie contract calling herself "Marilyn Monroe". Monroe was very considerate about her career as an model and actress, so she dyed her hair blond and proved herself with many honors like Golden Globe. Throughout her career, Monroe was signed and released from several contracts with film studios like Lee Strasberg at the Actors' Studio. The voice and her Hour-glassed figure became sensation and she became an International Interest.

Marilyn Monroe had three husbands in her lifetime: James Dougherty (1942-1946); Joe DiMaggio (1954) and Arthur Miller (1956-1961). Alongside she has also remembered for her romantic relationships with Marlon Brando, Frank Sinatra, Yves Montand and director Elia Kazan.
Marilyn married merchant marine Dougherty when she was 16, but sooner got divorced in few months. In 1954, Monroe married Joe DiMaggio, a baseball player for nine months.
Following she married Arthur Miller in 1956, which afterward they divorced on January 20, 1961.
Rumors also said that Monroe had an involvemnet with President President John F. Kennedy and/or his brother Robert Kennedy.
Monroe also made her now-famous performance at John F. Kennedy's birthday celebration, singing "Happy Birthday, Mr. President" in 1962.
FAME AND LEGACY :
Marilyn Monroe was popular for her fashion style as she was imitiated over the years by many famous personalities. Alongside she was also famed due to breathous voice and Houred-glass figure.
Agelessly she lives in the times of every Decade through many books, articles and documentaries.
DEATH :
Marilyn Monroe died on August 5, 1962, at only 36 years old. She was found dead naked in 12305 Fifth Helena Brentwood, los Angeles, California.
Many speculation were made over the years about her murder, but the cause of her death was announced as a drug overdose. An empty bottle of sleeping pills was found by her bed.
Monroe was buried in her favorite Emilio Pucci dress, in what was known as a "Cadillac casket"—the most high-end casket available, made of heavy-gauge solid bronze and lined with champagne-colored silk.
